The cost of Inbound Marketing is a recurring theme with me. There are two reasons for this.
#1) It costs quite a bit to do it.
#2) It pays for itself many times over as it transforms businesses.

How much is quite a bit? If you’re paying an agency, you’re looking at startup fees of around $1,000 and monthly recurring costs of $2,500 plus.
Why so much? Because someone has to search for stories, write stories, format for proper SEO, and schedule stories for publishing. This must be done on a very regular basis. You want to update your website multiple times a day.
Why so often? Because websites that are updated multiple times each day have far more visitors from organic search than websites that are updated a few times a week.
Why is organic traffic important? Because they find you, and as such are the highest quality visitors available. Visitors who arrive via organic traffic are much more likely to convert into prospects than visitors who arrive via any other means.
It Pays for Itself Many Times Over
I’ve seen Inbound Marketing transform businesses. I’ve seen businesses go from chasing every lead they get their hands on to having more leads than they can handle. I’ve seen businesses go from operating as if prospects were scarce to operating in an environment of abundance where they could be selective about which prospects they choose to work with.
