When it comes to webinars, you may not be able to make it a success if you take it as a one man show.

This article will take a look at the people who you need when coming up with your webinar.  

You Need a Speaker

Depending on the topic you want to cover, you can be the speaker or you can even look for an external expert to be the speaker.

Using in an external expert as the speaker is an incredible way to attract new prospects. To achieve on this, let the external expert be well-known in the industry and presenting on a good topic.

You also have a panel of speakers. This works well for controversial topics.

You need a Moderator

You need a moderator to enhance the professionalism of your webinar. Before the start of your webinar, the moderator should provide instructions to the audience on how to ask questions and so on.

You need a Recorder

It is always a good idea to have a back-up of your webinar.

Get a person who will be in charge of recording your webinar.

Audience Member

Get one of your team member to log in as an audience member. This is important as they will note anything wrong during the presentation.
