How t turn your website visitors into paying customers

How to easily convert your online leads into potential customers

Do you know many small businesses don’t measure (or even define) the success of their business websites?

Attracting visitors, generating leads, generating leads of high quality (which means they convert easier), are all important, and all take effort. Not measuring doesn’t let you know where things are working and where improvement is needed.

One of the main goals for small businesses is to generate new leads, a lead being someone who fill out your website form.

Generating leads requires a lot of effort and that’s why many small businesses have trouble achieving this.

In this article, we give you some simple tips to help you turn more leads into potential customers.

When a leads lands on your website, respond as quickly as possible. It is estimated that a leads initial interest lasts only for an hour and he may check out on your competitor in the meantime. Therefore it is important to respond to your leads as soon as they land on your website. This is easiest to do with an email autoresponder or a marketing automation system.

Qualify the lead

All new leads in your website are potential sales leads but it is very important to qualify your leads. Marketing automation systems allow you to track if the lead has already performed actions on your website before initiating contact with them.

Create a sales centered process that allows the process of your leads to move faster. It also helps to script (not rigidly) your sales conversations.

Keep your leads warm if they show an interest in your product or service also matters and is also made easier than a marketing automation system.
