I would like to suggest that is the wrong question. When you believe in the importance of something, whether it is healthy eating, exercise, w0rking on marketing activities for your business, or even a recreational activity such as binge watching 7 seasons of Doctor Who, you don’t find time, you schedule time.
The core activities of Inbound Marketing can be done in 7 to 15 hours per week (depending on how quickly you find your rhythm).
If You Really Believed in the Power of Blogging for Business
You would schedule the time to do what is needed. You would do this in anticipation of realizing the benefits, which is greater visibility, more leads, and better leads.
If you know this is the treasure at the end of the journey, you would start the journey today.
What Do You Need to Believe in the Power of Business Blogging?
This then is the higher level important question. I could talk about some logistical or administrative aspects of how you do it, how you split the responsibility between two people, etc, etc, but when you buy into the need to update your website at regular intervals, those topics and ideas become relevant. Until you buy in, those topics and ideas are irrelevant.
