I’ve personally tried many different forms of marketing and I speak to others who’ve tried even more. One thing I have come to strongly believe is email marketing works.

No matter the size of your business, the time to start is now.

Because they write all their email’s themselves, their small business personality (which was important to them to preserve) was maintained as they grew.
