  2. Quality
  3. Consistency
  4. Longevity

Consistency is not just publishing daily, it is publishing at regular intervals.

Relative to consistency is maintaining a regular frequency.

If you post twice a day, do so at 12 hour increments.

If you post three times a day, do so at 8 hour increments.

If you post four times a day, do so at 6 hour increments.

How often your website is updated is a search signal, and seems to be a primary search signal, based on how important it is to the success of your efforts.

It’s so critical that even if your post rarely (by which I mean a few times a week) you should space out your posts at regular intervals.
