What are the tools that helps you create better content?

Helpful tools to help you improve your content marketing

Content marketing is a great tool for attracting an audience and generating leads from website visitors.

But publishing enough quality content to make it work in a few months rather than a few years takes time and effort.

Fortunately there are some tools that help.

To be successful with content marketing, you need to leverage the strength of these tools. They’ll make your life easier.

CoSchedule’s Headline Analyzer

Most people today scan or skim online content. They 1st check on the headline to see if it’s of interest to them, and maybe the introduction part of the content.

Therefore, strong headlines are critical to getting people’s attention.

This tool analyzes your headline ideas for a variety of criteria and gives you both a number score and a letter grade. It goes into a fair amount of detail about the strengths (and weaknesses) of your headlines.

It allows you to make slight changes (or bigger changes) then see how those changes affect your score.

While there are some aspects of the tool we don’t like (it seems to prioritize how humans respond to a headline over the SEO strength of the headline), we have yet to find a better tool.

Copyscape

Copyscape is a plagiarism checker. It verifies you (or your writer) does not accidentally plagiarize someone else, it can also be used to  check your website to be sure no one is plagiarizing you.

Using a plagiarism checker is necessary for your content. At the very least scan your content before publishing it. I’ve heard Google does not overtly punish your site when it contains plagiarized content, we’ve seen here identical content on your site and some other ranks higher on the other site. The best way to avoid this is to avoid any plagiarized content.

Be safe, use copyscape.
