Your unique benefit should feature the one main thing your product or service truly delivers that your target customer wants, not a list of all the things your product does.

Who is Your Competition?

When someone is looking to buy an answer to a problem, they will make sense of the substitutes to compare beside your competition. You need to be clear in your own mind about who your main competition is and how your different.

Why Are You Different and Better for Your Target Customer?

Once you have well defined your competition, determine all the things you do different and better than your completion. Rank each of them by how important these factors are to your target customer.
