Small businesses generally find it difficult to designated some of their times for their sales and marketing efforts, as they feel perpetually short on time.

Both marketing and sales sometimes tend to get neglected, but you need to remember that without a focus on sales and marketing, your small business will not sustain growth.

CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management.
