Resource Guides

Resource guides are a type or form of content.

Resource guides gives vital information with the aim of appealing to potentially concerned customers. The best way to provide these resources is to establish a devoted landing page for your customers that have details about what problem you solve, and that offers a resource guide which contains answers in exchange for contact information (name, email address, phone number, etc).

Online Networking

Specialized networking is a great way to find new leads online. For example, LinkedIn has a notable feature called groups.  Groups are a perfect place to engage in conversation with potential new leads and start conversations that lead to significant business connections.

The same is true of Google Plus Communities.

Think for a bit on where your crowd gathers online, then think some more on you can best participate with them.

Email Marketing

This is where capturing email addresses in exchange for the resource guides comes into its own.

Email marketing is significant for small business in a way that it can be used with the above tactics or as a self-regulating campaign. However, as a business owner, be aware that you need to pay attention to rules regarding spam.

Every small business is unique, and so you need to be unique for you to have unique customers.
