The best way to provide these resources is to establish a devoted landing page for your customers that have details about what problem you solve, and that offers a resource guide which contains answers in exchange for contact information (name, email address, phone number, etc).

Online Networking

Specialized networking is a great way to find new leads online. For example, LinkedIn has a notable feature called groups.  Groups are a perfect place to engage in conversation with potential new leads and start conversations that lead to significant business connections.

The same is true of Google Plus Communities.

Think for a bit on where your crowd gathers online, then think some more on you can best participate with them.
