How to increase your website conversion rate using testimonials

For your small business, website conversion rate optimization can have a huge impact on the number of leads your website generates. Attracting more traffic is always good, but sometimes getting more leads from your existing traffic is low hanging fruit.

In simple terms, higher website conversion rates generates more leads for your small business.

Having said that, optimizing your website conversion is not necessarily quick and simple. You need to understand the concepts of sales funnels, website conversion, and lead nurturing.

2. Use tour testimonials effectively to persuade visitors

Testimonials are really significant. They are a form of social proof. They allow prospects to see the experience of prior customers.

3. Get them on video, if you can

Video testimonials are especially powerful as your prospects can see people say how good you are and that carries more emotional impact than simple text testimonials.
