The main goal of a landing page is it get visitors information and you can only achieve this by giving your readers a gift of some sort. Generally this gift is some form of content. An eBook, an informative video, etc.

Make sure that your content is attractive to your readers.

If you blog about cooking, your offer might be free recipe to prepare a delicious meal.

Clear Instructions

The Call to Action should be clear an obvious. A bit button with a label that provides instructions, such as “Download eBook about XYZ”, or a form with a header that says “Subscribe to weekly tips on such and such”.
