Your sales people need the right tools to execute their work.

Without proper  resources, no company can expect satisfactory results. Your sales people need to have access to your prospects information and conversations to develop the right approach for each one of them.

There are many different tools available for sales people to make your sales process easier and more effective. Some are clunky and others are expensive.

Below we identify two excellent and FREE software tools.

Hubspot CRM

Sometimes I think HubSpot is in the wrong business. Their Inbound Marketing tools are OK, but not great and they charge a lot of money for them. Their CRM system is EXCEPTIONAL and they provide it for free.

It is truly a great app to keep track of your business opportunities.

By using Hubspot CRM app, you can automatically send data from new contacts and create new opportunities in your customer relationship management.

Slack Integration

You need to have a direct communication channel to share information with your people. Having slack in your sales automation process can be helpful the following situations.

  1. Direct messaging
  2. Group messaging where people in your channel gets the same message.
  3. Ability to search archives of messages for something you know is in there somewhere, but aren’t quite sure where.

In conclusion

It’s a bit amazing these two tools are both as good as they are and that there are FREE versions. If you’re not using them, you’re missing out.
