With your auto responders after your audience has downloaded something, the subject line needs to bring out the sense of urgency of downloading the same

CONTENT ROUNDUP

Always hint in the subject line as to what the email is about. Do not be misleading. Your content must be in line with your subject line. When people fail to do this, email recipients tend to unsubscribe.

To experience highest open rate, always remember to keep your subject short and clear.
